A leading FMCG brand in the beauty and wellness sector was exploring innovative, future-forward solutions to enhance consumer engagement and personalization in their beauty products. The goal was to create a visionary platform that could offer individualized skincare and haircare advice using advanced AI and deepfake technology. This speculative design project aimed to investigate how new technologies could revolutionize personal care experiences and set the stage for future product development.

The Challenge

This speculative design project aimed to investigate how new technologies could revolutionize personal care experiences and set the stage for future product development.

The Solution

Our team was tasked with conceptualizing next-gen beauty platform, blending AI-powered skin and hair analysis with deepfake avatars. In this speculative design sprint, we envisioned an app that would allow users to upload a photo to an AI platform that uses computer vision and machine learning to analyze skin health, providing personalized skincare recommendations based on individual skin conditions and needs.

The experience was envisioned to combine product suggestions with mindfulness and psychodermatology exercises, encouraging holistic wellness. The avatar-based interaction would create a morepersonal and engaging experience, helping users feel more connected to their daily routines and the brand’s offerings.

The concept received strong interest from stakeholders as a potential avenue for innovation, offering a glimpse into how the brand could evolve in a rapidly changing market.
